Build-a-Hauler double wheel kit

The Haulz-All UMK200 is a cost effective motorizing kit that provides impressive performance.   Designed to be easily installed on just about any conventional wheelbarrow, the power retrofit kit will transform your un-powered wheelbarrow into productivity-enhancing, money making hauler.  However, the integrated drive system is an excellent solution for OEM’s that are looking for a proven, turn key method of motorizing their particular device. The motorizing system provides enough power to move up to 650 pounds on a hard level surface, and 450 pounds up a 2:1 grade (if a more complete solution is desired, see UMK300). No special tools are necessary, and installation typically takes only 1 hour.  All of the great features of our complete machines are included – regenerative braking, electromechanical park brake, manual release, sealed lead acid batteries, smart charger etc.

The UMK200 is the mid-range motorizing kit.  It provides more power and stability than the Haulz-All UMK100 single wheel motorizing kit, but is primarily limited to wheelbarrow applications.  It is shipped as separate components (as opposed to the UMK300 which is a more complete assembly) that are designed to be easily bolted to your existing wheelbarrow.  No soldering, wiring , or cutting is required.  Just bolt it on, connect the plugs, and you are easily hauling heavier loads than you could ever haul before.  Since the wheelbarrow is not supplied by Haulz-All, shipping costs are much less.

The silent, maintenance-free sealed transaxle has an open differential that allows the wheels to spin at different speeds making turning effortless. The UMK200 provides a top speed of 3.0 mph in both forward and reverse. However, as with all Haulz-All products, the throttle is variable, so you can travel as fast as comfortable. All of the components are splash-proof, so operation in the rain is not a problem.
