The Haulz-All Uber Tilt Truck UTT135 is both powerful and exceptionally maneuverable.  What ever you are hauling, the UTT135  will prove to make the job easier, safer and faster which, as a result, substantially raises overall productivity.

One quickly masters the forward and reverse functions.  The entire system is controlled by a simple, intuitive throttle control mounted on the handle.  Simply move your thumb forward to go forward; the further you move your thumb, the faster you go, up to 3.0 MPH.  The same is true for reverse.  The throttle is crafted of rugged, die-cast aluminum that will not crack or rust.

The batteries provide up to 6-hours continuous use; typically all day depending on load and terrain.  They normally re-charge in 4-6 hours.  The included smart-charger will not overcharge the batteries.

Contents can be dumped by pushing up on the handle bars; the locked parking brake prevents the unit from rolling forward.  Alternatively, the Haulz-All manual dumping feature allows the operator to lift just the hopper to dump the contents, like a dump truck operates.  All four wheels stay on the ground during this process.

Back injuries are significantly reduced since the load is driven, not pushed, by the operator.

WAREHOUSE-FRIENDLY DESIGN
The chassis is short and squat, bringing the wheel base closer together so that this electric hopper cart can practically turn on a dime.  Snaking through the tight isles of a warehouse is as easy as moving your thumb and steering.

MINIMAL MAINTENANCE REQUIRED
The UTT135 electric motor tilt truck can carry up to 650 pounds on a hard level surface, and 450 pounds up a 2:1 grade in dry or wet conditions.  The plastic hopper tub is made from an indestructible plastic that will not rust, crack or dent, and carries approximately 13.5 cuft of material.

This machine requires almost no maintenance...no gas tank to fill up, no oil and gas to mix, no oil to monitor and change, no clutches, chains or sprockets to adjust.  Simply plug it in to a standard 110V outlet whenever it’s not in use.  That’s it!

The drive system is a very reliable, sealed-for-life, open differential transaxle coupled to a totally enclosed non-vented DC motor with a design life in excess of 2,000 hours.

The two (2) 12-volt rechargeable batteries are sealed so the powered hopper cart can be transported or stored in any position without the worry of leaks or spills. The batteries are the only consumables, typically lasting about a year.  They are not exotic; they can be purchased locally or directly from Haulz-All.  They can be replaced in as little as 5 minutes.

PERFECT AND SAFE FOR INDOOR USE
The UTT135 can be safely operated indoors or out.  The non-vented DC motor emits no fumes and no noise.  It is weatherproof, so it can washed off without worry of damage to the unit.

As with all Haulz-All brand equipment, regenerative braking is included which means no runaway loads.  The drive system is also equipped with an electromechanical park brake.  Should the operator loose contact with the throttle, the throttle will default to zero engaging the park brake which will command the unit to stop.
