New Electric Motor Hand Truck Helps Party Rental Businesses
Move More Equipment Faster
Ivyland, PA 19 April 2007 Party rental business owners are reporting excitement and satisfaction with the new, Haulz-All® brand electric motor hand truck. It allows them to move more equipment faster and more safely compared to conventional methods. “With the Haulz-All powered handtruck, my guys can move 40 stacked chairs with ease,” remarked Stephen Watson, owner of Tent Tech in Boaz, AL. “A slight modification  allows for even more. We now safely move 50 stacked chairs, a total of about 350 pounds, with our Haulz-All.”
The Haulz-All UHT50 Electric Motor Hand Truck is a recent addition to the manufacturer's line of battery-powered hauling equipment. The unit is powered by two, sealed batteries that provide 4-6 hours of continuous operational time. The motor requires no maintenance, except for charging between uses. It emits no fumes or noise, and so is not a distraction to homeowners and guests when setting up or breaking down a party.
Designed with the operator’s convenience and safety in mind, the UHT50 electric battery hand truck, also known as a n electric powered dolly, features a rugged, thumb- controlled throttle that can be operated without difficulty with the forward or backward motion of the operator’s thumb. Just pull back on the unit's handle and move your thumb forward or backward on the throttle, and...your off! No more using your foot and extra effort to get on your way.
The unit is capable of variable speeds of up to 3 miles per hour, in both forward and reverse. It is powerful enough to move 650 pounds on a flat surface, 450 pounds up a 2:1 ramp. The footprint is just 3 square feet. "It fits right up my ramp and stores nicely in my trucks", according to Terry Howell, of Howell Vending and Party Rental, Anniston, AL.
“My guys like being able to maneuver through gates in customers’ yards without difficulty, and around parked cars as well to get to the truck after an event. This hand truck allows it all to be done with little effort, which makes my guys happy”, said Mr. Watson.
